"Beautiful and very clean"

The accommodation was very beautiful (accurately given), very clean, everything maintained. The owners were very welcoming and the employee Luis was nice and accommodated everything we needed. The accommodation was family and every morning we received an excellent and hearty breakfast. We liked that the accommodation was in a quieter location. We also appreciate the distance to the beach (12 minutes by car) where you can park for free and the beach is not crowded!!!

"This is a great place to go to relax"

This is a beautiful little property away from the hustle of the beach area. Just a short drive from many beaches. The hosts are very friendly& accommodating. The breakfast was great every morning. The pool is great & the property is very well kept. Maribel Alarcon up was our masseuse & would highly recommend her. If you are wanting a nice quiet vacation away this is the perfect place to relax. I recommend coming to stay here from Canada, as the owner is Canadian!!

"Pleasant stay, friendly hosts great breakfast."

It is cosy, has a lovely garden and the rooms are spacious. Friendly hosts. Excellent freshly cooked breakfast.

It is in a residential neighbourhood far away from the center of town. Going to the town or beach requires a taxi. Taxis are notably dishonest in Playa del Carmen. It is nice if you want a quiet escape.

Wonderful place! Little paradise in not so calm Playa. Host is super welcoming Canadian, offering any type of breakfast you wish to have. Had excellent English breakfast, best during my Mexico travels. Great place for those looking for a quite place or transit, or like me wanting a place to relax last few days before going back home. Rooms and bathrokm in perfect condition, all furniture hand made of heavy wood and with wonderful carving. Highly recommend

"An oasis!"

What a gem! Alan and Silvia made every effort to make us feel welcome! We really liked the location (away from the buzz!) and Silvia helped us get a GREAT taxidriver to get us into the NYE celebrations in the city center. The place is an oasis with great rooms and a cool pool to relax. Breakfast served by the pool in the morning. Would definitely recommend this for everyone not looking just to party but to enjoy the stay.
