Breakfast the first day was good 👍

Not clear. Had to remake bed as it was not make possible, sheet was not pull to top of bed, duvet was not in cover possible. Carpet from bedroom to bathroom or Fry , staircase to rooms was dangerous.

Great breakfast but no black pudding either morning, no offer of a substitute. Beer was good.

Stayed in room 7. Bathroom was very poor; blocked drain, water drained away in sink as plug didn't work, smell in bathroom was dreadful from stagnant water, toilet needs replacing, floor tiles need regrouting. Room needs repainting as paint flaking. Abandoned kitchen equipment outside room, broken garden chairs under window outside room. Previous persons food left in fridge. Bedroom carpet poor. Housekeeping poor, dust appalling.

All the staff were amazingly helpful and lovely. They made us feel at home right from the off. We had dinner on Sat night which was absolutely delicious. Breakfast both mornings was perfect. Very good quality of ingredients and cooked to perfection! And, our two dogs were given a sausage each morning. So, if you want to be anywhere around Wisbech area, this is a perfect place in Long Sutton!👍🥰🐶🐶😋🥰xx

Nothing, everyhing was just the best!

Food both evening meal and breakfast were superb.

Room was very hot, had to prop the door open.

The room was clean and towels good.

The staff member who checked me in was friendly and helpful. The two that took the later shift were rude, unhelpful and one in particular took pleasure in telling us what we couldn’t have. At check in I asked about dinner times and it was explained meals were served until 8pm. When we came to take a table at 6.25pm we were then told we had to order immediately because of the way the kitchen was staffed. There was then a long list of items that were unavailable . When we chose a couple of other items not on the unavailable list we were told these were also no longer on the menu and the staff member seemed to be deliberately trying to be difficult smiling as she did it.
