The property is situated in a very nice area surrounded by vine yard and trees , nice views very quiet area, also the owner is very friendy! Deeply immersed in nature

excellent host, friendly and helpful. The surrounding countryside. The facilities were plentiful and nice to have everything private. Peaceful outlook all you needed to cook and then eat on the lovely patio area was a real bonus. this is a lovely place well thought out, amazing facilities.

it can be difficult to find as quite far from the road and not signposted! Some areas eg pools could have been cleaner, maybe coming to end of season? The WiFi wasn’t working , a technical problem!

Fabulous location, really enjoyed our stay and pietor was very helpful. Lovely pool outside to cool down in. Sauna was an added bonus.

"One of the best places where to unwind, relax and enjoy some time off!"

Wonderful location, in the middle of the Tuscanian country. The Host, Pietro, was extremely nice to us, and explained everything we had to know and made us feel extremely welcome. The apartment is clean, beautiful and comfortable. The private SPA is a dream come true! We couldn't have asked for anything better.
