Our stay exceeded all expectations. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, including an air fryer, which was a very pleasant surprise. Everything was impeccably clean and well maintained. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, making it very convenient. Even though we stayed during the Christmas period, we found parking spots easily, which was a big plus. The sofa bed where our child slept was very comfortable. We also appreciated the thoughtful details: enough shower gel for a full week, dishwashing detergent, and a bottle of water and a bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival. Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. The host is a very kind, friendly, and helpful person, always willing to assist with anything we needed. We would happily return anytime we visit Maspalomas again, if the apartment is available. Highly recommended!

Единственный плюс это расположение

Это ужасная квартира: 1) грязная 2) запах старой не мытой мебели 3) готовить не возможно, так как до всего дотронуться боезно из-за грязи 4) шум ночью с улицы, доставка в магазин или вывоз мусора. Во время нашего пребывания еще шел ремонт здания, и было шумно и грязно. Хозяйка вины не признаёт. Хоть и позиционирует себя мама с ребёнком. При выселении уже в 9-30 возле террасы молчат 2 дочки управляющей квартирой, в ожидании скорее бы ты освободил. В общем и целом впечатления ужасные

It was perfect for our toddler as it was ground floor and he could run and play around the pool area as it was private and safe. The pool has a door to enter it. It was quiet and very close to the beach.

Some items around the apartment are dated and could do with some tlc or replacing.

We travel a lot, and this apartment was the best equipped we have stayed in, anywhere. There is a small oven, hob, microwave, washing machine etc.... along with TV and WIFI. Towels and bedding are also provided along with a few essentials like washing liquid, shampoo etc... You get clear instructions on how to find the key and how to switch things on etc...the day before (Although booking.com didn't send us a notification of this so we ended up calling the owner. Sorry! so check your messages online) The owner also provides information on beach access and supermarkets etc... and the bottle of wine on arrival is a really nice touch. The location is very good and only a short walk to bars, restaurants and nightlife etc.... without being noisy.

The only things that let this apartment down which are not the owners fault are the pool which we only used once in 4 weeks for just 5 minutes as it was freezing. There is also a little yapping dog in the apartment next door which was constantly barking while the owners were out. Most of the lighting in the communal areas, like the entrance reception and stairwells was not working so we ended up having to use our phone torches when returning late at night. The biggest let down which spoilt our holiday (and again not the owners fault) was the building was being repainted the whole of our 4 weeks stay. The constant scraping of flaky paint which blew around and ended up everywhere, including on us while sunbathing and the shouting to each other of the 6 or 7 decorators along with the intermittent start/stop of the diesel engined scissor lift and manoeuvring beep beep really spoilt our relaxation time. It must be a Spanish thing, but instead of starting in one area and working progressively, they painted a bit here, a bit there, a bit at the front, a bit at the back etc.... This ended up dragging the job, and therefore the noise, out.
