Ambience is great. Restaurant and bar is super close. Great feeling of being on the water !

- water pump (with every opening of tap) is extremely loud. Almost as if the boat was about to fall apart. - while we were asked to be quiet, the next door boat had loud talking until 4AM. It felt like they were under our window. Could not sleep because of that. - we paid for 6 people and there were no bedsheets for no. 5 and 6. Only a blanket. That is an absolute no-go which we never experienced before

Location, short walk to Albert Dock and city centre. An adventure staying on a houseboat!

The beds were a little high, no good if you have knee, hip problems etc. My friend suffers with her hip and knees and struggled to climb onto the bed - however, she managed and got through it. It hasn’t deterred her from wanting to stay on the boat again, she would just come prepared with a little step, 😂

Loved being on a boat but with boutique hotel standards. Enjoyed the extra special touches! Owners of property very responsive. Staff at the marina were helpful too!

Not easy to climb into bed at night, especially after a few drinks!
