Breakfast was very good Staff very friendly and went well above our expectations.. Family owned and lots of family love and care….. They just couldn’t do more…..Barbra and her daughter were Fantastic…. We felt and were treated like family 🙏🥰

Small but very nice breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay at this property, which is perfectly located for reaching the Campovolo Arena for concerts. It's also conveniently situated for trips to Modena. A highlight of the stay was the acetaia on the top floor, where the rich aroma of traditional balsamic vinegar fills the air. We enjoyed a great conversation with the host, who gave us a detailed explanation of the vinegar-making process. The breakfast was simple but featured high-quality products.

You need a car to get around.

The host Barbara was very friendly. Ideal location to visit supercar museums, Bologna, Modena and all the local cheese factories.

Nothing to not like.

LOCATION WAS VERY NICE IN THE COUNTRYSIDE. STAFF WAS WAITING FOR US ALTHOUGH LATE ARRIVAL DUE TO HOSPITAL EMERGENCY VISIT, EXTREMELY POLITE AND HELPFUL. PEACEFUL ENVIRONMENT TO SLEEP. NICE BREAKFAST.

Barbara the owner is literally the greatest person on the planet. She was amazing x 1000. So kind. So informative. So authentic. From start to finish of our 8 days we were taken care of. Our flight was delayed and we arrived many hours post check in. She didn’t mind and even had pizza waiting. The house is about 3 miles to the train. So mot walkable. But she helped us call a taxi (only 2 in town) or drove us. But a car is probably preferable. No noise. No TVs. Wonderful. The rooms were great and bathroom was huge by European standards. But really it was the ultimate kindness this family showed ours that made this stay worthwhile times 100. Barbara even drove us to her favorite ice cream shop. And if you can take Barbaras pasta making class don’t hesitate. It was best day of our trip and best food and we visited 6 cities. Everything is a short train away. 20 min to Bologna. 20 to Modena 30 to Parma. Hour to Florence. 2 hours to Venice. The location is awesome. Its a farmhouse so expect roosters as your alarm clock. But it doesn’t get more authentic than this Acetaia. A thousand thumbs up.

Without a car its a lil tricky to get back and forth but we did it. And they’re working on eventually getting a shuttle service to the very nearby train station.

I have to say that I haven't experienced this level of hospitality anywhere. Everyone was so polite and helpful. We felt relaxed and at home. The area is calming, and you are surrounded by nature, animals, and fresh air. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was great.
