Property Notes

For groups, a damage deposit of €25 per guest is required on arrival and will be collected by card. The deposit will be refunded in full by card within 48 hours after check-out, provided that no damage is found during the property inspection and there are no fines due to inappropriate behavior or violations of the house rules or property terms. On the day of arrival, rooms will be available from 15:00. If guests arrive before 20:00, our team will be happy to assist them. For added convenience, guests may also use the self-check-in kiosk for a quick and easy process. If arriving after 20:00, it is essential that the online check-in is completed before 20:00. Once completed, guests will receive an email and/or SMS at 20:00 with a Door Code to access both the building and their room. Please note that access to the building will not be possible if the online check-in is incomplete, completed after 20:00, or if there is any unpaid balance.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

Als ich da war, ist ein Typ mit zwei Frauen gleiche Zimmer gekommen um 4:30 Uhr morgens und die hatten sex und die war laut und die haben mich gestört aber alles gut soll ich machen

Всё прошло хорошо. Внимание, удобство, чистота, расположение.

Немного шумно, в баре по соседству, до определённого времени, потом тишина. Наверное, когда бар закрылся.

"Graag kom ik hier weer."

Personeel - was vriendelijk, accuraat, behulpzaam, meedenkend, meewerkend. Hygiëne - een dikke 10! Vrijheid - om in en uit te lopen, te doen waar je zin in had. Entree - geen gedoe met sleutels/ pasjes. Gewoon persoonlijke 4 getallen code onthouden en je kunt altijd naar binnen. Ligging - in het centrum, zodat alles erg dicht bij is: trein/bus station, musea, synagoge, Universiteit, winkels, Grolsch Veste. Inbreng - er hangt een gitaar in de gemeenschappelijke ruimte/basement. Wil je hierop spelen... kan gewoon! Dat maakte dat ik tijdens mijn diner live concert had van zeker 6 personen uit 6 verschillende landen. Muziek verbroedert! Pool/biljart tafel staat klaar voor gebruik. Idem de spelletjes kast. Je hoeft je dus niet te vervelen. TV - heb ik niet gezien. Wel vele stopcontacten om je laptop/mobiel op te laden. Er zijn prima werk-plekken in de basement. Ook heerlijke banken om onderuitgezakt op je mobiel tv te kijken.

There is a serious safety issue. One of the guests sharing the room with me told me that his laptop was stolen from the room. This raises serious concerns about security and who has access to the rooms-guests, cleaning staff. This issue needs to be taken seriously and properly addressed.
