"Good position"

Very good position. The host has been nice to arrange a late check-in.

The apartment was not too clean. The host bought new pans since those that were available were dirty and even with the dishwasher remained dirty. Overall I expected something better.

The apartment is situated in a great location, close to everything you might need, with great transportation around. Everything was absolutely perfect, the place was beautiful, clean and well equipped and the communication with the owner was pleasant and efficient. Will definitely be back!

"A confortable stay in a this spacious flat centrally located"

The flat is like in the pictures, with lots of space and relatively quiet. It faces a big road, but it is well located, only a 5-10 minute walk to nice places to eat or downtown. Georg was friendly and very welcoming, I appreciated he came to hand over the keys (it's less cold than just charing codes over emails) and I slept well in the comfortable bedroom. I used the flat to work from there and it was very comfortable for that, with excellent Wifi and allowing me to visit the main highlights of Trondheim without taking any public transport. I appreciated the coffee left and the kitchen was well furnished.

The oven was very dirty, with many crumbs from previous people, I didn't use it because of that. Some of the frying pans looked old, and some were not well-washed. There was no basic condiment like olive oil or pepper, so you'll need to buy everything from scratch if you want to cook (there was salt though). The dishwasher was not emptied, what was inside was clean though. No shower gel on my first night, but this was quickly brought on the next day, it can happen! I had a great stay overall, I think it would be even better to pay closer attention to this type of detail, and make the experience optimal!
