Empire Suites - Luxury Collection Hotel

Had bad smell of cigarette whole night in corridor next to my room. Though complained to reception same problem persisted e very night causing sore throat. "Supposed to be no smoking zone."

dingy dark rooms - no windows

The staff was very rude and asked for extra money to check in that too in the midnight.. also the washrooms were very old style and dirty beds and linens

Very professional staff, superb breakfast, comfortable and clean. Very close to the main station NDLS and not far from Connaught Place.

Only minor niggles: noisy air-con hidden behind curtains. Some painting to do in the room.

It was good, close to the center, and the staff were really helpful. They took care of us and asked everything that we needed. I love that they provided us good drinking water all the time.

The desk was a bit dusty when we arrived, and we had to ask for the towels. There was a smoke smell on the bathroom. Hope they can improve more on this!
