Raisi Suites & Apartment

Brilliant location. Not far from the station (easily walkable) and close to the major part of the city with markets, cathedral, churches and other sights.

A beautiful and modern apartment, tastefully decorated with stunning ceiling frescoes. It had a well-equipped kitchenette with coffee and everything you might need during your stay. Just around the corner, there’s a minimarket and a lovely bakery offering delicious local treats. We always found free parking nearby, right next to the minimarket — a big plus. Most of the main attractions are within a 10-minute walk, making the location very convenient.

Great location, near to the bus stop and few minutes walk to historic sites & cafes,bar, restaurants & tour operators. Apartment was cosy for 2 and nice balcony, although slim was still able to sit and enjoy the sunset. Very helpful Host always in contact if we needed anything.

Although Located on the Third floor this was fine for us & good exercise a couple of times a day 😀, just add conditioner for the shower facilities would be great.

The 2 rooms we booked (Galene and Euribia) were both large and comfortable, clean and bright. The rooms are located on the 3rd floor which means you have a view over many of the surrounding blocks. It gives a lot of light to the rooms. The downside to the floor is that there is no elevator. That was a surprise to me, I hadn't realised before making the booking. The area is very convenient to go for an evening meal or find a coffee place for breakfast in the morning.

When we arrived there was a terrible smell in one of the rooms. It came from the drains. We informed the owners about the issue. They were very responsive and apologetic. I genuinely believe this wasn't a usual situation. The smell slowly went away after letting water run down the pipes. After 2-3hrs, it was fine and we weren't bothered any more. We stayed there for 2 nights. The owner called again the next day to check how things were. So I can really say they were responsive and concerned about our wellbeing. As for the absence of lift, I would definitely think again if you have a large suitcase... I hadn't read the information properly and got a bad surprise when I saw the staircase and no lift.

We had no electricity and had to leave earlier, No water pressure and no hot water..

The rooms look nice, you have more space than shown in the pictures plus a balcony overlooking the city, nice bathroom and a fridge in the room. The high ceiling looks amazing. Location is 3-5 min walk to most important attractions. Make sure to try the gelateria 1964 down the road, it's probably the best in town, better than what everyone recommends for tourists.

The apartment is well furnished and comfortable. It's located 13 minutes away (by foot) from the train station and 10 minutes from the cathedral and other touristic attractions.

The B&B is on the third floor with no elevator, keep this in mind if you have heavy luggage or plan to go in and out often during the day.
