"It is the best part of our trip despite the little frog experience!! Highly recommended!"

The house is really new and clean, and they have just installed a new sauna, super cool! We have enjoyed the sauna and hotspring a lot. The house is big and beds are comfortable. I have a little baby so I have requested tatami setup, which is also nice and comfy.

Just one problem for someone who doesn’t like little frogs… our stay was 23-26/8 summer, there are quite a lot of little frogs (nail size) outside the house , on the balcony and some in the hotspring area as it’s also outdoor, my mom is super scared and she didn’t get to enjoy the hotspring at all.

"Beautiful vacation house for hanging out with a group of friends."

I love the modern-traditional style of the house. The house itself located on a plot of land that offers a panoramic view of the entire town of Yufuin, including the Yufudake mountain. Quite a perfect spot for hanging out with friends.

You need to have a car to reach this place conveniently. It's somewhat isolated and boasts a beautiful natural view during the day, but it can get quite dark and quiet at night.

"I have never encountered a villa with better view, absolutely will come again."

Breathtaking view of Mt. Yufu and the fields from the deck, 180 degree, no obstruction, absolutely amazing. The house is huge and clean. And not only is there an open-air hot spring bath, they also have sauna, which came as a surprise to me. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a bit of difficulty connecting to the internet, we made a call and the staff came right away and helped us.

The area around the house is completely dark at night so you might want to arrive before it is too dark, so you can see the road better. But it shouldn't be a problem. On the bright side, the star sky must be beautiful there (We stayed on a rainy day so we didn't see the stars but I hope next time we can do that).
