Great area, apartment had everything we needed for 3 nights.

It was very well equipped with various appliances and cooking ingredients - oil, coffee, sugar, salt, etc. The host did not speak English, but google translate did all of the work just fine. Communication was quick and helpful. It was clean and tidy.

It was very cold in the apartment, but the heating was adjustable and we were okay in a couple of hours.

The apartment meets basic needs if you are looking for a short stay (at least in my case). It is in a good, walkable location. Although hosts couldn't speak English, they were very helpful and tried to assist me.

A problem with the hot water and the lack of explanations in english (or german or french or japanese...)

Nice small apartment, corresponds to the pictures. It's 10 minutes walk from the FlixBus stop (that was the reason I looked for a place in that region). The host is nice and speaks at least three languages (Italian, Spanish and English). There were a fridge, a stove, an oven, a knife and some plates, forks, glasses, etc. Also tasty coffee and a proper italian coffee maker (moka pot).

Check-in hours are quite limited because the host handles the keys personally (along with brief instructions, how to use an air conditioner in the apartment, etc). I think they just have started renting and that's why the processes are less automatic for now. Of course, it's always easier and more flexible with a key box. Although, it's Italy, where they are legally obliged to get your ID copies for their taxation purposes and to collect a small city tax and that often happens in person, so you'll probably have to meet anyways. But again, the host is really nice and you have a chance to get some infos about the city.
