Nero view, Southend City High Street

Comfortable, clean, and centrally located. Thankfully there was a very useful fan on the hot weekend we were there.

It can't be helped, but it's worth noting for others - the apartment is on the high street and therefore is noisy.

lovely apartment, had everything you needed. Netflix was a great bonus. Location was close to everything . Clean and tidy.

Black out curtains would be good as the sun streams in. Bit nosy at night but that's because of the good location in the High street. My ear plugs took care of that.

The location was excellent, a few minutes walk from the railway station and good restaurants. The bed and pillows were so comfy I wanted to bring them home with me. My dealings with Steve have been positive. The flat is well decorated and comfortable.

I couldn't fathom out the heating so I was cold but Steve is going to rectify that by putting instructions in. Was woken early by the street cleaners but that is not the fault of the owner. I normally am woken by hens and geese so was a different sort of alarm.

Everything! Especially how comfortable the bed was!!

Everything was very good! - Furnishing, cleanness, location and nice lessor!

Windows are thin therefore voices from streets were a bit disturbing in the night

Clean, comfy, modern, in the high street so very local to everything, flat had everything you need except a washing machine but not needed if it's a really short stay. Host communication was excellent.

Parking was a couple of minutes walk away (was stated in description)and was £10 per day. 2 nightclubs round the corner, so it was very noisy at closing time.
