Abbiamo cercato di comunicare con il personale senza successo, che non ha neanche provato ad usare l'inglese o google translate per provare a parlare. Siamo arrivate e il signore in ingresso non ha mai neanche staccato gli occhi dal PC. La porta della stanza, anche da chiusa a chiave, non si chiudeva del tutto e le persone da fuori potevano vedere dentro. Anche la pulizia lasciava a desiderare. Abbiamo chiesto di annullare la prenotazione avendo sbagliato data, ma senza successo. Siamo quindi andate lo stesso, confermando la prenotazione e pagando, per poi ricevere comunicazione da booking che l'hotel aveva cancellato la nostra prenotazione dicendo che non siamo mai arrivate! Poca professionalità

The location.

The staff cancelled my booking the day before I arrived at the hotel. What disappointed me the most was that they never informed me by email; I only found out through the Booking.com app. They should have notified me at least one or two days before my check-in date so I could have made other arrangements. It feels like they prioritized guests who had already paid in advance. Since I chose the "pay at the property" option, I felt that my reservation was not given the same consideration. Overall, I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled.

More expensive than I thought it should be for what if offered. I moved to a hotel around the corner that was as good or better in terms of facilities and was 25% cheaper.
