BRExcelente localização, perto de supermercado e restaurante Hong Kong excelente custo benefício com comida chinesa muito bem servido e gostoso, ao redor do condomínio tem muitas lojinhas. Estacionamento bem grande. Acho que fomos os primeiros brasileiros a locar esse excelente apartamento. Super indico.

CRla ubicación es buena no vi mucho transporte publico, pero cerca del alojamiento habían muchos locales comerciales, es una zona de población oriental. Solo como consejo es bueno tener dos fogs para ingresar al edificio.
como recomendación tener tv en los cuartos y tener a disposición un control mas para ingresar al edificio. No se indica con claridad donde depositar la basura.

CRLa ubicación, parqueo e instalaciones en general bastante cómodo y completo, muy bien equipado.
Los cuartos no tenían luz, solamente algunas lámparas. El proceso de ingreso inicialmente es un poco complicado pero vale la pena por la relación de precio y calidad.
USI vacationed with my family and children. I really liked the apartment. The bed was very comfortable and great for sleeping. The shower was fantastic (the only downside is that the drain needs to be unclogged). It is conveniently located near the highway, which provides access to any part of the city. For lovers of Asian cuisine, this apartment is located in the very center of street restaurants.
On the first day when we arrived, my family slept in a large room and I slept in a slightly smaller room next door. On the first day, I slept very poorly because of the loud noise from the cars on the street. But over the next seven days, it was as if a miracle had happened. Either I got used to it or something else happened, but after that it didn't bother me at all and didn't affect my sleep. This isn't a negative, it's more of a warning.
GBAbsolutely perfect! The apartment was clean and big! The host had lots of appliances and left plenty of cleaning/toiletries/laundry products and the underground secure parking was easy to access from the street and from the apartment. Although a bit of a drive to inner Los Angeles and surrounding tourist spots if you pick your times the freeway wasn’t too bad. For a group/family I would definitely recommend rather than staying in a hotel/motel and it was great value for money considering the prices of similar accommodation.
There wasn’t much to the pool. It wasn’t used by the other residents so it wasn’t busy and didn’t have that vacation atmosphere but we didn’t choose the apartment for the pool it was just a added bonus that we used once but it was clean and had seating. It is a bit of a walk to the other building to access it though.
THThe location was great. close to supermarkets and restaurants. Parking is easy. It is right next to the elevator to your apartment. The host is responsive. The room is spacious and well-equipped with everything you need.

ESVery spatious and luminous apt. Easy parking access, and plenty of restaurants and other convenience shops (restaurants). Right in the heart of modern LA Chinatown (Monterey Park). Very close to an I-10 road offramp.
Given the long distances within the LA Metropolitan Area, and the frequent traffic jams, the location is a bit removed from most of LA's attractions, so one has to take time into consideration.
