La Casa de María Castaña

The only thing we liked was the location of the house, because it was in the old town next to almost everything.

Cleaness, the house was dirty, very dirty! Stains in the carpets, hairs in the bed sheets, the plates had leftovers from other people. It was really bad. The patio shown in the picture isn't nothing like the picture shows. Also the pool was dirty and didn't had the water renewal system working. The fire alarm was open with the batteries out, i can't understand the reason why.

The property was clean and well appointed. It was in a great area close to several points of interest & restaurants. I felt safe as well. The pool was nice. Ines was an absolutely wonderful host. As a solo traveler, I appreciate that she checked in on me to see how things were going. She answered all my questions. She was generous and kind. I enjoyed my stay very much.

There just so happened to be some construction work in the building that was a bit loud for those of us who are late risers otherwise the apartment and area were very quiet in the evening.

We should have contacted our hosts prior to arrival to make sure our entry was hassle free for both parties

Perfect location for exploring all Seville. Ines the owner was fantastic to deal with from start to finish. She recommended local tapa bars and she was spot on. The apartment was perfect for us. Plenty of space, comfortable, spotlessly clean and fresh. The roof top pool was an added bonus.

Everyrhing was perfect!Location, pricing, the apartment was really beautiful and spotlessly clean.Ines was always reachable and gave us many suggestions for restaurants and places to see. Honestly all I can ask for an accomodation!Will come back for sure!

The host was very helpful with great communication before and during the stay. The location was central close to main attractions the area seemed quiet though felt safe area as a solo traveller. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Heating also worked well which was great for chilly mornings/evenings. The host also left some complimentary biscuits coffee etc.

Very clean and tasteful apartment in an excellent location for exploring the city. We walked everywhere from here. It was also lovely and quiet at night. Ines was a very thoughtful and helpful host, and helped us with information and even booked us a taxi to the airport.

The only slightly strange thing was the layout - the only bathroom was reached by going through one of the bedrooms. Not a massive issue though.

Comfortable place with all the facilities you need. Ines is a wonderful host, friendly, available and took great care of us. Best place to stay when you are in Seville. The location is central but the apartment is very quiet.

The accomodation is really nice and cosy and very central, you can reach everything by foot. The perfect place from which to explorer Sevilla. Ines is very friendly and helpful. Good value for the money, I can recommend heartily.

We had a lovely stay at La Casa de Maria Castaña. Ines is a wonderful host and turned up at the apartment with a big smile, some treats for our arrival and checked in with us to see we had everything we needed during our stay. The bed was super comfortable and the shutters made the room pitch black at night so we slept really well. The location was perfect and very reasonably priced. We hope to stay with you again when we next visit Sevilla!
