The location is good and the apartment is spacious.

I booked this property mostly because it offered parking. Instead, upon arrival, I followed the owner’s instructions, took the parking permit provided in the apartment, and placed it under my car’s windshield as directed. The next day, I received a parking fine because the permit had expired on February 1, while my stay began on February 16. In other words, I was given an invalid parking permit. The fine was issued in my name, and I had to pay. The owner later acknowledged the mistake via WhatsApp, agreed to reimburse the fine, and requested my bank details. I provided them immediately. However, two weeks have now passed since the incident, and I have not received the reimbursement. The property has stopped responding to my messages entirely. This is not about the amount of money — it is about responsibility and basic professionalism. I booked accommodation with parking included and instead received a fine due to the property’s oversight, followed by complete silence. This experience was disappointing and avoidable. P.S. Even though the property management claimed here to have refunded the fine, this is not the case. They continue to ignore my messages and have not provided any proof of payment. Furthermore, the funds have not been received. It has been over a month now, and Booking.com has also failed to resolve the issue."

Appartamento ristrutturato con rifiniture di pregio, tecnologico e semplicemente splendido. Una dei più belli maii visti. Appartamento 8 minuti a piedi dal centro in ottima posizione. Con parcheggio privato nel cortile chiuso, era molto utile per noi.

Google Maps porta un po' di numeri avanti, poi qualche confusione per entrare, ma poi tutto bene.
