Very good location, beach 10 min walk. Ground apartmant had pleasant temperature, also air condition in living room with kitchen, when door to bedroom open was ok to cool the bedroom as well. Equipment was good in the kitchen. Mosquito net in livingroom.

Minor issue easy to fix, but not fixed thus making the stay less comfortable. Leaking water from the tap made irritating sound over the night. The light switch in the living room was broken and working was only outdoor light switch. There were many mosquitos outside, so terrase not used in the afternoons. So opening doors into the mosquito paradise whenever need to switch off the light in the living room was annoying. Mosquito net would be needed in bathroom and bedroom as well. When fixing issues, I would rate 8.
