Delightful & Quirky with River Views

Good location, interesting aesthetic

Low ceilings, dangerous stairs, bathroom is inside the kitchen with no windows (with a glass door that doesn't really close) and gets flooded every time you take a shower, uncomfortable sofa, small bedroom, stove is difficult to use and kettle doesn't always work

Perfect location, very close to train station and also not far from great coffee shops and restaurants

You can literally hear every word the neighbors speak through the walls. Didnt sleep super well

Small bathroom

Location was great for metro access or walking. Well appointed, bed was comfortable. Very prompt reply for any questions from property manager (AC wouldn’t activate).

Very low ceiling/beams, not recommended for guests over 170cm! Not recommended if you have mobility issues due to layout. Would have nice to have instructions for induction stove for non-Euro guests. Could not use even with PDF downloaded.

Great location 5 minutes walk from Santa Appolonia rail station . 12 minutes from iconic Tram 28.

Toilet extraction vents directly into kitchen. Bathroom small but you get used to it, sort of. Stairs between lounge/kitchen/Bathroom challenging for elderly ( us ).

it is very clean, and very good location

The apartment doesn't shield the noise very well, I can clearly hear what the people in the upfloor are talking. The bath room is small. The room has a smell of humid and old wood, not very good.
