Appartamento bello e pulito. La proprietaria molto gentile è venuta incontro alle mie esigenze mettendosi a disposizione immediatamente e con estrema gentilezza. Alloggio nel cuore del centro di Torino, appartamento silenzioso e con tutti i comfort necessari. Ci ritorneremo molto volentieri

Pas d’ascenseur et les escaliers sont raides. Pas de climatisation, à la place un tout petit ventilateur portable peu efficace. Odeurs de cuisine très présentes d’un restaurant venant de la cour. Matelas peu epais et pas confortable. A l’arrivée frigo et cumulus non branchés, de fait le premier soir impossible de prendre une douche chaude. Communication avec le propriétaire pas évidente.... Nous n'avons jamais laissé nos déchets dans l'appartement comme vous le dites, ce n'est pas normal de donner de fausses informations ! . Nous avons laissé l'appartement propre et sommes respectueux. Vous ne supportez pas que l'on apporte des informations utiles aux prochains locataires.

Excellent locations, very good facilities and confort

Location. Apartament clean and cozy..

I would give 10/10 for the location as it is really in the city centre and convenient for everything. It is located in an old building with high ceilings, so you need to climb 2 tall flights of stairs each time - which was fine for us as we only had one cabin luggage. The bed is a futon in a corner - away from the only heating/cooling element in the studio. The floor was LVT which often was cold to the touch. The studio has a nice bathroom with hot shower (and shampoo) and even a washing machine (but we didn’t use it). The Smeg fridge was cute and there was a stove which we only used to make coffee. It looked equipped for cooking though I did not see any placemats or sous plat anywhere which could protect the table from hot elements (with reference to the message from the owner on the subject). Anyway it was a charming flat, and the owner was responsive if you have questions and all in all it was a good stay, probably even better in warmer weather.

We were freezing most of the time. Checked the thermostat and often it was 16, 17 degrees. And the air conditioning unit (that releases hot air) made this loud beeping sound (10-20 beeps each time) every once in a while which was quite irritating when you are a light sleeper like me.

The location was very nice and the apartment was cozy. The owners were happy to extend one hour after check out due to my work meetings and they were sweet about it! Would recommend for a great location and cute setup :)

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Perfect location, perfect facilities. Me and my boyfriend stayed here for Kappa futur and it had everything we needed for a big weekend away! Air con worked well, gorgeous large shower, cooking facilities and the most amazing balcony to sit and drink on a night. All in all it was the best apartment I’ve ever stayed in abroad! Perfect size for a couple too. Very easy to access as well and in a perfect location right next to some lovely restaurants and shops. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!
