Great location, close to the station and the main pedestrian mall and not far from the old town. Excellent communication from Andreas leading up to the stay.

A suggestion is that Andreas could leave a welcome note in English and Italian with short advice on things such as suggestions with places to eat, where to catch taxis, the nearest supermarket and the wi-fi connection.

We loved the size of the bedrooms, the air conditioning, the location, having a washing machine and washing lines. The manager of the building was very helpful and kind. Excellent value for money.

Instructions were unclear on how to access the address and the apartment. There was no number 162. No written or verbal instructions about the keys or the wifi. No kettle, tea towels and sufficient household supplies like detergent, hand wash and toilet paper were provided.

The place is just few steps from the train station and a walking distance to downtown through a pedestrian street full of shops and restaurants. As we arrived early they let us leave the luggage in the apartment while they finished cleaning the place. Nice apartment. Old style furniture, but the rooms where spacious and all equipment in the kitchen worked as it should.

The apartment was not ready/cleaned in time and we had to wait a bit.

Really big apartment, balconies with a wonderful view, perfect location for exploring the city, just 15 minutes by bus to get to the beach.

Amazing place and amazing apartment. It is so spacious, 3 rooms, living room, 3 balconies, very nicely equipped, there is also a kitchen and a washing machine. The view from the terrace is beautiful. It is very close to the train station and shops and restaurants, the old town is about 10-15 minutes walk in nice streets. The host allowed us an early check-in which was great. Pane a Pomodoro beach is about 2 kilometers away but you can go there by bus 12. We were really impressed.

Fabulous stay, close to old town, with nice view to a park. Rooms are spacious and everything was crystal clean. We really appreciate that all rooms (including kitchen) have A/C (very important in hot summer). The host was very helpful and responded to all our questions promptly.
