We've met the real superwoman there. We arrived very late (midnight, sorry) and departed early, so just sleep and breakfast... but in the morning she was everywhere; recepcion, restaurant, cleaning, helping... and doing everything like a mother for her children. Wonderful love-made 5-stars GL breakfast, everything perfectly cleaned... there was a problem with parking and she gave me a banknote to pay the parking seconds from there! We're in love with her! Thousands of stars for her! (BTW, great location and bla bla bla, but that feeling of a mother and a wonderful person in a hotel is priceless).

It should be much more expensive.

le ragnatele nel bagno, e il rumore del traffico, camera molto calda, clima non regolabile ma tenere le finestre aperte impossibile, veramente molto traffico

Personale gentile e molto disponibile. Materasso del letto molto buono, acqua offerta in camera. A disposizione nella Hall (a pagamento e a self-service) disponibili acqua, bibite e gelati. Spa a nostra disposizione su prenotazione ed aperta solo per noi (Molto apprezzato) con un'ora gratuita e tisane. La colazione ci ha sorpreso positivamente dato la struttura piccola ma con un buffet con buona scelta e ottima qualità accompagnata dalla gentilezza della persona che se ne occupava. COMPLIMENTI !!!

In bagno la doccia perdeva acqua da sotto e non era pulitissima. Asciugamani a disposizione (solo uno a testa e di media dimensione, troppo piccolo per una doccia). Accappatoi per la Spa piccoli e con i passanti rotti. Peccato per queste piccole cose che se sistemate darebbero all'Hotel un punteggio da Buono/ Ottimo al TOP.
