"The perfect escape from the everyday"

Cosy and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. The peace and quiet was just perfect. No cars or people, just the sounds of birds and animals. Beautiful walks through private meadows. Outstanding scenery. Comfy beds and the shower?? WOW!

There was nothing we didn't like. It was absolutely perfect

"Perfect in every way.q"

Stunning location. Wonderful atmosphere in the house. All facilities of a very high standard- especially the beds and the shower. Grounds were great to walk round-especially the pond and the view point over the Conwy Valley.

This property is an absolute gem. A stunning, secluded location, but within easy access of local amenities. The property is spacious, and furnished to a high standard. There is a secure garden space to let dogs off in, as well as 22 acres of land to walk your dogs. I can't recommend this place enough. The owner of the property, Jo, is so warm and welcoming. We will definitely go back again.
