New Loft park central, biopark

The location was very good. The apartment was also nice.

There were problems - broken hairdryer (we discovered that while the kid was in the shower), not working air condition system, block drain of the bidet. We contacted the owners, but nobody came to assist us. Instead, there was endless writing and no actions. So we managed on our own - bought hairdryer, a heater, and a drain unblocker. We were very disappointed by the undifference and the lack of attention.

Apartamento muy bien equipado, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días por Valencia. Es un piso que está a las afueras, pero con el metro llegas enseguida al centro. Está a 10 minutos andando del BioParc. Unas vistas preciosas por la ventana a un parque enorme. Facilidad para entrar y salir sin necesidad de llave.

Al primer día de estar allí se estropeó la calefacción. Contactamos por Whatsapp con ellos y nos fueron dando largas sin resolvernos el problema y sin darnos ninguna solución (como por ejemplo, proporcionarnos calefactores). Además, los días que estuvimos hizo bastante viento frío, y se colaba por las ventanas.

Spacious despite bieng small - loads of light. Extremely well cleaned and well organized.

I was there for a 5 night stay and they left one 1/2 small roll(s) of toilet paper. I mean 2 wont break the bank, surely. If you're going in the colder months the apt tends to get very, very cold at night, especially the bedroom and there isnt any extra cover avaiöable to you in case ypu need to make yourself warm - not sure the heater worked properly either, so I had to wrap myself in all my cardigans during a couple of nights. Also the whole key system is automated and 100% dependent on your cel phone :/ they do leave a key, but its only for the apt door not the front door so you need to make sure you have any battery left in order to get back in the building - if your cel phone dies, your locked out w/ no way of lettibg them know there's a problem. Also, if your shower takes longer than 15 min for whatever reason, you will run out of hot water.

The property was well furnished, great location - easy to get into town via underground train or bus. The flat was warm and comfortable as well.

At times heating / air con would turn off which made the place very cold, also one of the electric shutters didn’t work but both issues was resolved by help from the owners after speaking to them on WhatsApp.
