The property was beautiful. The owners were so lovely and helpful the entire week we were there. So clean, across the road from the beach, bus stop outside the door, lots of extras provided and so many towels for our use, air con, secure off street parking, hot tub, the outdoor area, the view - absolutely everything you need.

"Very nice place to stay beside the sea and close to Monopoli."

Nice place to stay, very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Beach is just across the road, with clean water. The villa has a rooftop terrace with sun loungers and hot tub. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance and Antonio provided recommendations for places to visit. We arrived relatively late, Antonio had provided a variety of options to ensure we had breakfast covered, at least for the first day. Monopoli is reachable in 10 minutes by car for shopping, restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Nothing, everything was perfect. Really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastyczne miejsce! Tuż przy plaży, zaraz po drugiej stronie ulicy. Apartament bardzo czysty, świetnie wyposażony, kuchnia ze zmywarką, piekarnikiem, mikrofalą, ekspresem do kawy, a także pralka + środki czystości. Prywatny parking z dużą powierzchnią tylko do naszej dyspozycji, teren zamykany, brama na pilota. Przemili gospodarze, zawsze do dyspozycji, gotowi do pomocy. Po przyjeździe zastaliśmy powitalne napoje i przekąski - bardzo miłe! Duży wygodny taras przy części mieszkalnej oraz piętro wyżej z prywatną strefą do opalania (z leżakami), prysznicem, jacuzzi, oba tarasy z widokiem na morze. Dodatkowo leżaki i parasole plażowe. Byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu!

Perfect beachside accommodation in Monopoli Beautifully and modernly furnished apartment with air conditioning. I really appreciate the cleanliness of the accommodation and the comfortable beds. Beautiful view from the terrace and spa-hot tub directly to the sea. The owner was very nice and helpful. Upon arrival we were delighted with the prepared food in the fridge for a great start to our holiday. I recommend it as accommodation in Monopoli. I want to come back here.

The apartament is 2 - 3 minutes walking distance to the beach. Clean, very well equipped and spacious. The Host is very friendly and helpful. I really recommend this place.
