Sviitistä huono kokemus, ei voi suositella. Varattiin sviitti porealtaan ja kattoterassin vuoksi, mutta porellas oli niin likainen, että jäi käyttämättä. Kun poreet laittoi päällä, irtosi veteen todella paljon likaa ja nöyhtää. Lisäksi suihkun viemäri veti huonosti. Kattoterassilla rikkinäisiä tuoleja ja epäsiisti, joten ei kovin mukava paikka viettää aikaa.

Good location, clean and quiet.

No mattress on the bed. Not possible to open windows partly.

Good location. Easy check in process. There was some free water in the room.

There was no shampoo/soap in the bathroom. There were 4 bottles in the bathroom, 1 with conditioner and 3 others were empty or diluted with water too much. Be prepared to have your own shampoo. Quite bad sound isolation. Wifi was poor. My room didn't have any natural light.

Great location and easy to get into

Bed was uncomfortable , curtains didn’t cover windows, it wasn’t quiet , the music was on all the time in reception ( although we understand we could have requested this to be turned off)

Communication was excellent: every message got a quick, clear, and friendly response. For a self-service hotel, that really matters and they nailed it. Check-in was smooth and well-organized. The location is hard to beat, right in the heart of Old Town. The room had everything we needed, it was quiet, and the price is fair for what you get. Good value overall.

The shower drain was clogged during our stay, I reported it to the staff afterwards and hope it gets fixed. The beds were too soft for our taste, which affected sleep quality.
