The staff were truly exceptional throughout our stay. Everyone from the bell staff, golf cart drivers, housekeeping team, pool attendants, waiters, to the reception team was genuinely friendly, welcoming and helpful. Special thanks to Mohamed at reception for kindly upgrading our room complimentary which was a very appreciated gesture. The pool area itself is beautiful, spacious and very clean, with a lovely view overlooking it. The hotel honestly has the potential to become one of the best hotels in Sokhna if management continues improving based on guest feedback because the team on the ground is doing a fantastic job.

The food unfortunately needs significant improvement in both quality and variety as it did not meet expectations for a resort experience. There was also ongoing maintenance work during our stay which created considerable noise and took away from the relaxing atmosphere expected at a resort. Given the scale of the maintenance, it may be better for the hotel to temporarily close the hotel itself for a short period while major work is being carried out. Having workers around also affects the sense of privacy and comfort. The rooms could benefit from deeper cleaning and more attention to detail. The carpets had visible stains, the mosquito screen was very dusty and while the pillowcases appeared clean, they did not smell fresh.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel in Ain Sokhna and the entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The location is perfect, a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very well maintained, with great attention to detail and comfort. The staff were truly outstanding — professional, welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Their hospitality made a huge difference and added a very personal touch to the experience. The food quality was excellent with a wide variety of options, and the facilities were top-tier including the pools, beach area, and entertainment activities. Everything was organized and managed perfectly which made the stay stress-free and luxurious. What impressed me the most was the overall level of service and the positive energy across the whole resort. It’s clear that the management cares deeply about guest satisfaction and maintaining high standards. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Ain Sokhna whether for couples, families, or even a short weekend escape. Definitely one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve had, and I’m already looking forward to visiting again.
