Location (around 2km to Lake Como). Value for money. Host was available in Whatsapp for any questions.

It was difficult to figure out the building, but once we found the building, finding keys and entry to apartment was easy as it was shared upfront with the help of a Video. Also its very difficult to find a parking spot as the lanes are too narrow and too many cars parked. Kitchen is very basic with limited utensils.

Air condition didn’t work properly. Very cold inside of the house.

Bedroom

Nothing, but may be elevator absence for those who are with heavy luggage

Modern bathroom and kitchen. J replied very quickly to my questions and the check in instructions are very detailed.

There was a power outage when we used the hairdryer. The hot water lasted just for one shower and a half shower, so I had to finish mine with cold water. Too many stairs.

Well equipped for cooking comfortable bed and nice hot shower very kind and attentive host. There is a wonderful morning coffee/bar 1/2 block away.

We liked the property but there was an annoying issue finding parking Unloading luggage therefore was a challenge Surrounding the property there were “no parking “ signs. There were cars on the street however. Not sure it was legal. We parked at nearby church.

The quick and always nice response from the owner. We actually had a little isolated problem when we arrived, and he reacted inmediately to help us solve, no matter the time (it was late). He was super nice and helpful. The apartment is cosy and well equipped. I recommend
