We were sitting and having a snack when the chair suddenly collapsed under my mother and she bruised her arm. The other chairs are also unstable and feel unsafe to use.

We had an excellent stay at the apartment. The location is simply unbeatable, right in the city center, just a few steps from Puerta del Sol and within walking distance to all major attractions, shops, and restaurants. The apartment itself is beautiful, bright, and very well designed. The highlight is definitely the private terrace, which offers a perfect space to relax after a day of exploring the city. It is well-equipped, clean, and very comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. The self check-in was easy and convenient, and the host was responsive. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Madrid, it truly offers a perfect combination of location, comfort, and charm. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was excellent.

There were stairs, and then more stairs, and finally a ladder. The elevator helped a lot, but it did not eliminate the stairs within the unit itself. In order to get to one bed you had to climb a ladder. The “bedroom” with the bed without the ladder you could stand up in one corner near the door. Except for lying in bed really only one person could occupy the bedroom. I’m 182 centimeters and 104 kilograms. If I was much larger I could not have squeezed into the shower due to the closeness of the toilet.
