Ich schreibe sehr selten Bewertungen aber für diese Unterkunft muss ich es machen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr neu und perfekt ausgestattet! Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und super hilfsbereit. Alles ist sauber und man fühlt sich direkt wohl.

Alles war wirklich perfekt.

The stay was absolutely fantastic, and honestly there is nothing to complain about. The apartment is very well equipped - there is a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and air conditioning in every room, which made the stay extremely comfortable. Another big plus was the PS5, which was great entertainment in the evenings. When we arrived, a small welcome snack was waiting for us, which turned out to be a real lifesaver since we arrived very late at night when everything was already closed. It was a very thoughtful and kind gesture. Communication with the host was excellent - very helpful, quick to respond, and always willing to assist whenever we needed anything. A huge advantage is also the available grill, complete with prepared charcoal, firewood, and fire starters, so everything is ready to use right away. The kitchen was also very well stocked - basic spices, oil, and a sufficient amount of cutlery and plates were provided. There is really nothing to fault, and I highly recommend this place!

Der Gastgeber war immer erreichbar. Pool wurde regelmäßig gesäubert. Sehr moderne Ausstattung. Wir waren mit 8 Personen vorort und es war perfekt. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig gelegen .Jedes Zimmer hat eine Klimaanlage. Bettwäsche wurde nach 1 Woche gewechselt Wir können die Unterkunft 100% weiterempfehlen.

The house was just as stunning as it is in the pictures. Very close to Zadar Old Town, 15 minutes away by car. It was clean and we had an AC in every room, which was great. The kitchen is equipped with everything you’d need, and you have a market close to the house, as well as a Kaufland and Lidl 3 km away. The owner was very understanding and he let us check out later because our flight was at night.

The only problem was the wi-fi, we were a group of 6 people and it worked really slow. Another problem, but this is not the owner’s fault, is that Croatia in general is full of insects and we’d wake up sometimes with spiders or bugs inside 😅 But he did make sure he had insects spray that we could use if necessary.
