Very central location, the concierge was very helpful, comfortable bed, bright and airy apartment

The apartment is smaller than it looks in the photos, I was travelling alone but as there’s a bed and a sofa bed, if you were 4 might be a bit snug, TV wouldn’t work, in the kitchen there were no teabags, just two coffee pods, a packet of teabags would have been kind. There were a few random children’s toys scattered around and an abacus by the TV (unnecessary) so it would have been better to give a few teabags and maybe a bottle of water in the fridge for the price. Although it was comfortable and safe (5th floor) it was overpriced I feel for an apartment room for one night in June, also the sofa bed was too close to the entrance to the bedroom, making it a bit difficult to move around freely, maybe rethink the layout of the lounge area furniture?

Shower. I read negative comments about the shower in other reviews, but was assured by the host, it was manageable. The reviews were right. The mixing of the hot and cold water is a joke. People pay good money to stay and should expect better . I am sure the host would not put up with that in his own home. He needs to spend some money and fix it. There is a poster asking to conserve water, but litres are wasted while adjusting the temperature. The walls are not soundproof and the iron doesn’t work.

Bathroom to be renovated and AC not enough powerful

The location is perfect! From the airport was easy to travel by the metro and after a 5-minute-walk we were in the apartement. The bus stops for travelling to the Oceanográfic and to the port were just 5-minute-walk. The beds were comfortable and it is also important that the building has some elevators. The reception desk is very good idea, too. In the surroundings there are a lot of shops and the city center is very close.

Only the set the temperature of the hot-cold water in the bathroom was a litle bit difficult because after the tap the water "travel" around 6-7 meters until the shower head.

Nice and clean apartment. Fully equipped and on an excellent location. Helpful staff.

One small thing only: coffee and tea was provided, but very minimal for the length of our stay.

Apartment was in a good location. Walkable to all sights. Plenty of shops and restaurants around.
