CHIch bin zum 2. Mal Gast in diesem Hotel, nachem ich bereits im Juli 2023 auf einer Dolomiten-Motorradtour nach einer günstigen Unterkunft gesucht hatte, in der ich auch in einem Wellnessbereich etwas entspannen konnte. Das Hotel ist sauber, das Personal freundlich und die Umgebung unglaublich spektakulär. Ausreichend Parkplätze für Autos und Motorräder.
Der Eintrit zum Wellnessbereich (Sprudelbad, Sauna, Dampfbad), ist im Gegensatz zu meinem ersten Besuch vor drei Jahren nun kostenpflichtig. Satte 30 Euro werden für einen Maximalaufenthalt von 1 Std. 45 Min veranschlagt. Das ist für das Gebotene deutlich zu viel. Dabei bleibt es aber nicht: Keine Badelatschen dabei? Macht nochmals 5 Euro zusätzlich, sonst kein Eintritt. Das wird einem natürlich erst gesagt, nachdem man den Eintrittspreis bezahlt hat. Ein paar Längen im Pool schwimmen? Obligatorische Badekappe - nochmals 3 Euro. Nichtmal Trinkwasser oder Seife zum Duschen wird bereitgestellt. Wofür habe ich denn die 30.- Eintritt bezahlt? In jedem anderen Wellnessbereich ist das Standard. Rechnet man sämtliche Zusatzkosten auf, ist man in Preisbereichen, für die es deutlich ansprechendere Hotels gibt. Denn auch der Rest kann leider nicht überzeugen. Alte, abgewohnte und kleine Zimmer, brettharte Matratze, lediglich ein ebenso hartes Kissen. Nichtmal das WLAN hat in meinem Zimmer funktioniert. Preis/Leistung stimmt hier nicht (mehr). Das ist kein 4 Sterne-Hotel - maximal 2. Leider war mein zweiter Besuch eine ziemliche Enttäuschung, ich komme nicht mehr wieder.

Abbiamo prenotato soggiorno con mezza pensione. Colazione ottima Menù serale non di nostro gradimento.
ITITIl buffet della colazione, la piscina e la spa sono fantastiche. L'albergo è molto bello e in una buona posizione. Ha una vista sulle montagne bellissima. Lo staff cordiale e disponibile. Pulito e curato. Io sono andata fuori stagione e i servizi erano comunque tutti attivi.

HRWe loved the friendly staff who were very accommodating with our small dogs, lovely hotel with lots of great amenities and spa facilities. The sauna was small but great. Comfy bed, great selection at breakfast, excellent tiramisu dessert. Good value dinner set menu. A very comfortable and accommodating stay we really enjoyed ourselves. Lovely and quiet too.
The spa area was cold- water in hot tub was luke warm, air temperature in all other/ testing areas too cool. In comparison the bedroom was boiling hot- we had to open the balcony door to let some cold air in and it felt stifling overnight.
