Letto rumorosissimo, era impossibile girarsi senza svegliare la persona vicino. Copriletto rivestito con una sorta di plastica cerata, cuscini inconsistenti e senza forma. C’era un cuscino di scorta che era tutto giallo e macchiato. Lenzuola macchiate Presenza di formiche in cucina e bagno, ho richiesto all’host di occuparsene e mi ha detto che mi avrebbe dato 5€ per comprare un prodotto disinfestante e fare il trattamento (per me inaccettabile) Fornisce un rotolo di carta igienica per 6 notti, il resto te lo devi comprare tu. Così come il bagnoschiuma che è bastato per due lavaggi. Ho richiesto all’host di fornircene altre ma ha detto che non era previsto, allora ho contatto l’assistenza Booking e dopo 3 giorni mi ha detto che avrebbe fornito la carta igienica, ma ormai l’avevo già comprata. Ci era stato promesso un check-in anticipato tra le 12.30 e le 13.00 ma alle 13.20 stavamo ancora aspettando. Inoltre al numero di telefono che ci è stato dato per farci entrare nella struttura rispondeva un uomo che parlava solo spagnolo e quindi è stato impossibile comunicare e abbiamo dovuto aspettare che venisse L’host ad aprirci.
IEReally enjoyed my stay here. The location was perfect, close to the airport and just a short drive to Playa de las Américas and Costa Adeje. There’s a supermarket and some nice restaurants nearby, which was super convenient. The hosts communicated really well and made it easy to find the place. The apartment had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and even a washer–dryer with detergent. The balcony and pool area were great to relax in. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was fine for our short stay. Overall, a great place to stay in Tenerife. Would definitely recommend.

DEDie Unterkunft war sehr hell, geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Balkon war groß und die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Es waren sogar Gewürze und Öl vorhanden. Die Anlage hat und sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Das Bett war etwas unbequem.
