Single Room only for one adult

Very uncomfortable bed, insecure environment, no parking as promised, very small room with no ventilation almost couldn't breathe. The owner is rude.

The host left me outside for 30 mins upon arrival Telling me she would call me back When all she had to do was text me the code to the lock so i can enter.

She made me do my own bed, saying the cleaner forgot. there was stains on the actuall mattress. And the legs of the bed was broken So i asked for refund she said she cannot do that She can let me stay in a double bed suitable for guests. In another location and made me book cab. When i got there it was smaller then single And there was eaten lollypop stuck on floor right by the bed She heard me saying im going to complain and kicked me out at 8:00am when i was half asleep.

Wi-fi doesn't work. Kitchen without chairs and cups with cooker which is not allowed to use. "Lounge is not waiting area" sign in the lounge. No possibility to open any window even slightly. Tenant staring at you every time as out or coming in to this box room.

The river outside the house was beautiful

The tenant in the house the land lady's brother is very disrespectful used abusive language and te heather does not work the bed makes sound . bathroom very dirty

Clean room.. Host was lovely

No toilet papers provided It was very cold.6 degrees..heating was off. Very tiny bathroom....not very clean.

I am so disappointed and I will never recommend it. I need a refund. I paid and I had no access to the room. Untill 1am got my profs. Landlady is mean and disrespectful. A room is booked by 5people and you abandon them..
