Single Room only for one adult

The property was exceptional, clean and well maintained. The location near canal was peaceful and with secure parking right outside door. I would describe it as a hidden gem close to Southall. The host very helpful. Highly recommend.

Nothing I could find at fault

It was a cold and rainy day but the heating was turned off remotely. I contacted the owner several times who assured me the heating would be turned on. Nothing was done. She eventually blamed her full time tenant for not informing her the heating was off. According to the tenant, she does this intentionally to save money. The bed is a cheap, flimsy metal frame spring bed which creaks loudly at even a minor movement. The is a camera in the living room! That was just creepy. Due to the cold, I’ve been ill since I stayed at this place. I would advise everyone to stay away from this place. I should have just stayed in a hotel. And, this is the last time I use Booking.com. I cannot believe they have people like this renting rooms.

Its located not to far from the high street, so its makes a perfect location. Its safe to walk around in the night.

I don't think I have anything negative to say about the place.
