Personnel agréable et literie OK

Assez déçue car les photos font croire à un bel hôtel alors qu'il est vieux et peu entretenu. Côté salle de bain porte de douche cassée, flacon de savon à disposition vide, radiateur tout rouillé ... Côté chambre armoire très vieille avec un cintre sur 2 cassé, prise détachée du mur, ... Dommage

10 minutes d'attente pour la réception à 23h; wifi ne marchait pas, pas de petit déjeuner possible, pas de télécommande et appelé la réception; ne repondait pas

The listing for this hotel here on booking.com shows 3 stars, but this was barely a 2-star hotel, probably more like 1-star. The hallways were kinda dark and grungy, the walls in the room need a fresh coat of paint, and the furniture is chipped all around. The price was pretty fair so I can't really complain, but my expectations would've been much better managed if it has been listed with a more accurate star rating. (Frankly, in that case, I would've passed this place over and just searched out an actual 3-star hotel. So I got kinda tricked on this booking. Oh well.)

Ligt aan 1 richting weg en naam hotel kon ik niet goed zien . Je moet er niet met grote bus heen gaan of je moet weg weten naar hotel parkeerplaats.

- Le monsieur de l'accueil était gentil, serviable, adorable, souriant, bienveillant, à l'écoute. Il a littéralement sauver notre séjour - La chambre était impeccable, très propre, la vue était superbe

- l'ascenseur et la douche sont extrêmement petits (si vous êtes claustrophobes, je ne vous conseille pas. Si vous ne l'êtes pas, ce n'est absolument pas gênant) - le matelas étais fin et à ressort. Si vous avez des problèmes de dos ou d'hypersensibilité, il vaut mieux éviter. Sinon, ce n'est pas gênant si vous n'êtes pas concerné par ces problèmes.

Pokoje ponure i nieprzyjemny zapach papierosów. Personel nic nie mówił w języku angielskim nie mogliśmy się porozumieć.brak czajnika i podstawowego wyposażenia jak kubki szklanki itp.
