"Great, stay! You will not be disappointed!"

I literally liked everything. The location is outside the city, but I use grab and its cheap to get around. The owner Amjad was quick and responsive with me at all times. The property is immaculate. Updated, clean and beautiful. There is a deposit in local currency 200 MYR for some reason. I was not aware of this, and by the time I got to the property, I only had one hundred MYR. The security guard call the owner.In my behalf and, Amjad Allowed me to check-in and only pay the $100. And upon Checking out, he came down within just a few minutes and promptly returned my deposit. As soon as I met him, I realized why everything was so nice. I could tell he was honest and ethical and a really nice person.

There was nothing that I didn't like, honestly.Even the security guards are super super nice! If you're skeptical, do not be the value that you get for the money you pay here is exceptional!

Easy to find and about 20 minute ride to airport. There’s a lot of store and restaurant nearby. The room is great and comfortable.

It will be good if have bidet in the toilet and an iron board

"Definitely worth staying for small family group"

Very accommodating host. Clean and new, easy to get to and convenient to.

Not alot of shop is open as it is still very new development
