Location. It's away from the busy section of Urbiztondo, but offers a nice and quiet beach for relaxing.

The unit we got have some dead roaches. They are all dead but they give off some smell when decomposing, we managed to sweep them off and it's all good. The restroom floor drains doesn't have covers, and the smell from the sewer seeps out from it. In any case it's not that bad, still clean anywhere else in the unit. Didn't really ruin our La Union trip.

No toiletries. Building is not finished. Very amateur. Shower was either extremely hot or. Old. No curtain.

Nothing, it was misleading and far. Not beachfront either. This is in Bacnotan not in Urbiztondo anymore

The fact that it was empty but we have to climb teo flights of stairs for our room

Clean and spacious parking. Good place to stay away from busy San Juan area. Not a beach front but has access and walking distance from the shore.

Tight street accessing the property, but can still fit even large SUV.
