Area is good, the view is good.

Cleanliness maintenance needs improvement. Tap issues in the bathroom. Food quality, especially rice is not up to the mark.

Rooms were hygienic, and service was decent. The breakfast was good too.

Rooms are not the way they are shown in the pictures. Poor quality breakfast and hygiene levels maintained are not to the mark. Bare hands being used to handle breakfast and dirty spoons and spatulas used. Even the type of guests were pathetic dipping their own used spoons to scoop items from their pots. Bathrooms need good hygiene levels too. Stains everywhere, insects and bugs moving around everywhere, broken windows, no exhaust and broken bathroom floors. Bed was shaky and full of cobwebs beneath. Lot of dust in the room.
