"Appartamento bellissimo e comodo"

Bellissimo appartamento nuovo e spazioso. La cucina é provvista di tutto e la presenza di lavatrice e asciugatrice é risultata molto utile. Molto bella anche la corte centrale e la felpa dance che permette di condividere la casa mantenendo la propria privacy. La posizione é ottima per raggiungere tutti i punti principali della città.

Niente in particolare. Abbiamo avuto qualche problema con la caldaia ma la proprietaria é stata molto gentile e disponibile e abbiamo risolto subito.

la privacy data dalla ubicazione separata delle camere da letto con bagno. la cucina grande e luminosa, i bagni eccellenti, tutto nuovo e funzionale, la posizione poco lontana dal centro, raggiungibile i 15 minuti a piedi....

la seconda camera che dà sul terrazzo con la porta chiusa di notte (necessariamente e il bagno cieco) non entra aria naturale, per me importante, altrimenti devi accendere il condizionatore.
