Friendly staff

Booked a "Deluxe double room." Sadly not my idea of deluxe. Tired decor, plastic concertina door between the bedroom and bathroom, uneven floor, multiple flights of stairs, no door handle on the bedroom door..... I'd call it very basic at best. Parking is on the street and there was no space on our arrival.

The "Bathroom" was small, had only a folding plastic door and smelled of drains.
