Excellent location.

Bed was squeaky when just turning over.

The room was clean and the staff friendly and helpful

The lock on the door didn't work so you could just push the door open. Not very safe, especially for lone travellers. I'd expect this to be something they check to ensure security, especially for the high price they charge. The beds were also very uncomfortable with very old springs, and the shower was intermittently warm

Location for visiting family.

No breakfast available. 5 min walk to breakfast cafe. Poor parking in narrow Street. Dent to one door overnight.

Very friendly and helpful barman. Took our luggage up to the room as we were running late for the theatre. Facilities aren't modern but it has everything you need for an overnight stay. Within walking distance of the theatre and bars.

Great location and a good price for Cheltenham. Well located, just a short walk to the centre. Friendly staff.

No car parking and expensive in the council run car parks near.
