Bed in biggest room was comfy. Personally didn't try any others so can't comment Bathroom was the nicest part of the house

Musty smell. Downstairs loo didn't flush everytime so used the jug that had been put in there. Fungi growing through artificial grass just outside back doors. Breadrolls left in the cupboard dated 13th Sept, we arrived on 19th so hadn't been cleared out. House wasnt clean considering they have a cleaner. Decking collapsing in places. Hot tub wasn't clean there was a slimy line round the inside at water level. TV on kitchen didn't work. Heating didn't stay on so house didn't get warm. There may be room to sleep 11 however the table is for 2. 2 night stay booked, didn't even stay 24hrs. No apology from owners when I explained why we were leaving. Owners then put us down as a no show. Kitchen plinths were taped together in places. Dirty rug.
