Luca's House

Erg mooi, schoon en ruim voldoende groot, met airco Heerlijk zwembad erbij, die ook erg schoon was. Badmuts verplicht. Een heel aardige gastvrouw die alles goed uitlegt.

Great location right by the sea. Roomy and clean apartment, well equipped with air conditioners, when it is 34 Celcius outside you really appreciate good a/c. Nice clean pool was also very handy when the wind was too strong to bathe in the sea. The host Gianni and his son Luca were very helpful and friendly. I with my family spent a wonderful week at Luca's house!

Great kitchen but it could be better equipped with some pots and frying pans. The beach umbrella that the host gave us didn't have a base plate and since the beach was all solid rock it was difficult to get the umbrella standing.

Luca's House is brand new, spacious, and squeaky clean! Two rooms have one private bathroom, while one room was rented to another inhabitant, and had an ensuite bathroom. One breakfast area for all guests, and a small kitchen with fridge and gas owen. We loved the roof terrace and the spectacular sunsets! There were a large shared pool and terrace with other habitants in the road, 2min walk to a private stone beach with crystal clear water, 10 minutes to a beach where you can rent sunbeds, and there is also the bus stop to a small city with regular and on-time buses (30min walk). The host Gianni did everything he could to answer all our questions and make the best of our stay (they even made fresh pressed juice for us, and ordered pizza delivery as we do not speak italian)! Quiet area and very few non-italian tourists. We will warmly recommend Luca's House and the location to others who want to experience a genuine italian summer holiday on the beach!

We had not quite understood the outline of the housing before we arrived, so many it could have been explained in the ad. However, it was shown to be truly unproblematic.
