nothing, only a false high review score, and question how hosts got it

practically everything, I never write textual information but this case is extraordinary therefore I would like to protect other guests if house disclosure scores is close to 6 scores, maybe I wouldn't write anything because I wouldn't choose it, but they are above 9 the shower cabins are so dirty that you cannot use it without disgusted the heating only worked for one day, then it didn't turn on, air conditioners are not working the drain is clogged both dishwashers and clothes washers were not working or working only partially all plates, cups are collected from the trash of used and discarded items sunbeds collected also from waste containers, all rusted and broken there are so many moulds on the walls and around all house that it doesn't even hide behind the new painting the internet is extremely weak, even simply e-message impossible to download the television is there, but the remote control does not work, it is impossible to turn it on, and if you turn it after many shakings on, you will not see anything due to poor internet it seems to me that social housing is more orderly and cleaner it was worst house and accommodation I have been stayed yet booked at booking.com, especially because accommodation has had scores above level 9, which makes me wonder how the hosts get such high rate for such a sleazy house? possible to buy somewhere high scores?

The location, the villa including the beds and the AC were excellent

The villa was prefect lovely setting, clean and tidy. It was very comfortable and spacious for all 6 of us. This was 5* and the hosts went above and beyond. We also arranged the shuttle with them which I would recommend if you have no transport to get to and from the airport. This was excellent value and will stay again. Oh and the pool was very clean, I have no complaints about any of our stay Thank you so much x
