Era tutto perfetto. Unica cosa la piscina interna non ben depurata ma non è stato un problema

Muy buena experiencia. Excelentes vistas de las montañas y el mar ...tanto en la terraza como en las piletas ,disfrutamos mucho la estadía. La casa es súper amplia y limpia. Un buen detalle ,nos dejarán frutas frescas para el recibimiento.. El anfitrión Giorgio muy amable y atento.

Our group booked the entire villa and were really looking forward to our stay. The views from the property are genuinely spectacular, and we enjoyed some beautiful sunsets from the terrace — this was one of the highlights of the trip. Overall: The villa has potential and the views are truly beautiful, but the property needs significant maintenance and attention to bring it back to the standard shown in the listing. Unfortunately, the villa itself did not meet the standard advertised. Cleanliness & Maintenance: – The outdoor pool was dirty on arrival and the filtration system was not running, making it unusable throughout our stay. – The decking is worn and in places feels unsafe. – The house has a strong damp smell, especially on the lower floor. It was so overpowering that we only used the top floor. – There is a leak in the top‑floor bedroom, with stained curtains showing it has been an issue for some time. Facilities: – The outdoor BBQ did not have its original grill. We found a makeshift solution left by previous guests and managed to cook, but the original grill (which we later found) was in such poor condition that it clearly couldn’t be used. – The information provided inside the villa is extremely minimal. Having stayed in many holiday properties, we’re used to clear guides on appliances, waste collection, local tips, and how to use the facilities. Here, almost nothing was explained, which made basic things unnecessarily difficult. Impact on Our Stay: We had a few last‑minute additional guests join us, but due to the damp smell and general condition of the villa, they chose not to stay and booked a local hotel instead. Only four of us actually stayed in the property. Communication: The host was responsive, but many of our concerns were met with defensive explanations rather than solutions. At one point, it was suggested that we were raising issues to obtain a discount, which was not the case.

We were warmly welcomed. The view is stunning, with greenery, mountains, and the sea all around. The house is spacious and perfect for relaxation. The beach is relatively close by, making it an ideal spot for a peaceful getaway. Overall, it’s a beautiful place, and I can definitely recommend this house.

one of the two swimming pools was out of service, which was not mentioned in the listing. We had to ask for compensation ourselves, even though the issue was already known. A compensation was offered, which we accepted, but we would have expected a more proactive approach. There were also some problems with the hot water, although since the weather was warm, it didn’t affect us too much. In hindsight, we should have received more compensation. The price–quality ratio was not balanced. Hope they improve the service and learn from this.
