The Upside Down House at The Mercers

When we arrived, we were met by our hosts. They were friendly and nothing was too much trouble ( even offered us a lift into the city,as we had booked a meal to celebrate our sons graduation)The house was amazingly clean and had everything you needed. A lovely touch was the welcome basket and milk in the fridge! There is plenty of parking, too. We highly recommend this little gem.

The property was spacious, very well maintained and was absolutely immaculate. Everything you needed was provided - it was like home from home. The hosts couldn’t have done more they made you feel really welcome

There was nothing not to like.

We loved the property. It was clean, inviting and really nicely furnished. There was milk in the fridge and a bottle of wine eating for us on the table. The hosts were friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They even offered to drop my and my friend at the wedding venue around the corner to save us walking. We would definitely recommend the property.

No issues with the property but the WiFi connection was a bit patchy. This was not a problem considering the short time we stayed.

Very Clean, quiet and peaceful location.

This is a fabulous little house to stay in when visiting the area - fresh, very comfortable and well equipped. A great place for families with the orchard to run around and a large trampoline (it was hard to drag our nipper away)... The hosts could not have been more welcoming, gave us loads of tips on the area before arrival and even a lift into town in the evening, which was really appreciated.

Cannot think of any negatives.

Quaint and fabulous setting.

Second bedroom occupants have to pass through first bedroom to get to bathroom. Not great if you are over 6 feet tall as the beam to kitchen is deceptively low and I hit it many times :(

We had a warm welcome from Lewis and Lisa (the owners were away at the time, but they were very easily contactable, responded to messages extremely quickly and it had no negative impact on our stay whatsoever!) and everything was very easy and well-organised. Beautifully clean, and we had everything we needed (pots and pans, plenty of glasses and cutlery, etc). The layout of the house is lovely, and the location was really easy to get to, and it was incredibly convenient for a trip into Worcester (only about 10 mins down the road!). It was so quiet, and the view from the windows/balcony was lovely. There was even a nice little welcome basket waiting for us, which was a really nice touch. We would absolutely stay here again, and will be recommending it to everyone we know! Thank you for a lovely stay xx

everything. it was spotless and beautiful. The host went above and beyond, even taking us to where we needed to be in their own vehicle. thanks so much.

The house was cosy, very comfortable, and well provisioned in terms of kitchen equipment, basic condiments and bathroom gels. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. The generous welcome pack was a lovely touch and the owners made us feel very welcome. Would stay again.
