Hotel room was absolutely disgusting dirty pillows with booger smeared on them boogers on the wall mold in the window garbage under the beds behind the TV under the counter. Nasty use condoms under the bed not somewhere I would ever go with my kids or myself again absolutely disgusting place

This hotel is absolutely unacceptable and should not be offered through Booking.com. When we arrived on April 21st, the conditions were appalling: strong chemical smells (as if treating for rodents or cockroaches), dirty stairways, and overall poor maintenance. We were shown two different rooms — both smelled terrible and felt dirty, even though the bed linens seemed relatively clean. The general atmosphere was disgusting; it was impossible to stay inside the rooms. We immediately refused to stay and were told to contact Booking.com for a refund. Since April 21st, we have been contacting both Booking.com and the hotel — but as of today, April 28th, no refund has been issued and no real help has been provided. We have sent multiple emails to the hotel directly and through Booking.com, but they simply ignore all communication. We paid for a service we did not use — we didn’t even spend a single night there — and yet no one takes responsibility. It is absolutely unacceptable that this property continues to be listed on Booking.com, exposing customers to such horrible conditions without proper protection. I strongly advise everyone not to book this hotel, and I urge Booking.com to reconsider offering this property on their platform. Besides the fact that the hotel is incredibly dirty, they also don't return money. There are scammers working there who deceive people.

"Don't stay here "

The room was absolutely nasty. I wish I took photos to show in my review. The bathroom was full of mold. The room felt gross. I would never recommend this hotel. You wouldn't expect it from being a big chain.

We did not stay there. We arrived after 10pm, first room the toilet didn’t work, no maintenance on site. Second room was dirty and smelled of smoke, mold and pets. The bathroom had dirty toe prints on the tub ledge and the tub was nasty with hair and grime. We asked him for a refund and he said to go to Expedia.
