I want to keep my review as restrained as possible and simply state the facts. Let's start with the experience of entering the apartment: There were no slippers provided, so we had to immediately take a taxi to the nearest mall to buy a pair for both myself and my child. If slippers are not provided, there should at least be underfloor heating and a clean floor. Neither was the case, and within just three minutes, our feet were both freezing and dirty. Since we arrived in the evening, we wanted to have a meal, but unfortunately, that wasn't possible because we had to rewash the dishes that were supposed to be clean. As for the kitchenware, there were only a couple of plates and cutlery, a pot with a broken lid, and a terrible frying pan that looked like it had been in use for a hundred years. Absolutely unacceptable. The apartment listing did not mention that it was on the ground floor, with windows facing the building entrance. We could constantly hear people coming and going, which made it very difficult to sleep. Regarding the washing machine—why leave it in the apartment for a short three-night stay if you’re not going to provide even a small amount of laundry detergent? If you plan to cook, be aware that there are no additional kitchen tools—no ladle, no decent frying pan, and not even a proper knife. For the price, I expected much more. I definitely do not plan to stay here again—once was enough. I strongly recommend improving the cleanliness, ensuring the floor is properly washed before guests arrive, and leaving only clean dishes if you choose to provide them. Thank you.

It was dirty, the floor did not seem washed abd it was sticky, some kitchen cabinets were not cleaned either. There were no extra blankets or pillows.
