Very cozy and friendly. I was treated like I was at a 5 star hotel by the staff. I loved the decorum of the room and how warm and welcoming it looked.

The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable for me. It was like sleeping on a slab of granite. I personally need a bed that is softer or I can’t sleep. I wake up every half hour feeling stiff and like I have to readjust to stop the pain. The woman at the desk was very helpful and understanding and even offered me another room. I laid on the bed in the new room to test it and felt the mattress was the same. So I stayed in my original room. I think too, another problem for me was I was in the room near the street. The traffic is very loud. Trucks, moterinni and noisy cars sounded amplified in the room when they go past the hotel. It is a busy street. The road in front must be uneven. Because when trucks go by you can hear a big bang.
